When booking direct  with us, by either by phone or through our website, we will offer a 5% discount on all rooms any day, when staying 2 nights or more!!

You have the option to book ROOM ONLY or ROOM WITH BREAKFAST. 

Once you click the blue BOOK button - ADD ADDITIONALS appears. 

Select the amount of breakfasts required from the drop-down list,  which is £10 per person, per day. 

                         During your stay we will not service your room daily. Towels are changed after every 3 nights. If you require your room to be serviced please ask.                         
When staying 4 nights or more your room will be cleaned and the bedlinen will be changed. We will check with you first!

Direct Bookings - Payment Process

A prepayment deposit of 15% of the TOTAL booking price will be taken at the time of reservation.
The REMAINING BALANCE WILL AUTOMATICALLY be taken 14 days before arrival.
The balance to pay is auto-generated through our system and will take the payment from the same debit/credit card used to pay your deposit.

Trefoil is a beautiful Edwardian Guest House situated a short walk from the picturesque harbour of Brixham, located on the English Riviera. Trefoil is tastefully decorated throughout, in a modern boutique style, whilst still retaining its original features. We would be delighted to accommodate Guests who are visiting Brixham and surrounding areas whether on a short break, holiday or visiting friends and family.


All of our rooms are en-suite and we offer a selection of singles, doubles and superior, with a twin option available upon request.
All of our rooms include: Flat Screen TV, high speed Wi-Fi, USB charging sockets, a mini fridge, towels and Duck Island toiletries.
Tea, coffee, biscuits, fresh milk and bottled water is provided on arrival.

                                                             

Families with children 14 years old and over are welcome to stay at Trefoil.

Alternative Arrival and departure times can be arranged for those Guests on business trips/working.

Sorry we do not accept Pets, Hen or Stag party bookings

There is private parking at Trefoil and ample free on road parking is also available. Guests can take advantage of these parking facilities, then take a short stroll to discover the bustling port and visit the many independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs in the harbour and marina area.
There are plenty of wonderful walks along the marina, the Fish Quay, Breakwater, Shoalstone Beach and dramatic coastal walks at the beautiful St Mary'sBay and Berry Head. Totnes and Salcombe are a short car journey away and Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth can be reached by ferry.
Picturesque and popular beaches of Slapton Sands and Torr Cross are only 45 minutes by car.
